If you have bought our kits from authorized resellers listed on our official site, you are eligible to get full technical support from us including part replacements for the exceptional cases mentioned above.
We offer warranty of 3 months that begins from your date of purchase (based on sales receipt). Please note that there is no warranty on the fused LEDs, batteries, and the multimeter. If your individual parts are not working, we will replace them within 90 days of the sales receipt provided there is no misuse as per our technical guidelines mentioned in our learning material.
